If you want this check out this site: http://tinyurl.com/The-Anything-Goes-Diet ==== ==== Regardless of whether you dine out or eat in, there is no reason for you to alter your plans to exercise portion control; making sensible food choices and eating healthy food portions from all four major food groups. Restaurants often serve beautifully prepared, overflowing plates of food in unnecessary quantities. All-you-can-eat buffets are disastrous if you are unable to control and manage the portions you eat. Avoid this type of restaurant, at least in the beginning of your journey towards controlled eating. Dining out maybe a little more difficult while you are learning new habits and making new plans for portion control eating, but restaurants are used to special requests and you have the right to make these. Ask your server to hold the sauce, substitute a salad for fries, or hold the bread. Some restaurants will allow you to order from the lunch or children's menu, so don't hesitate to ask. If everyone else is having dessert and you're tempted, consider having a serving of sorbet or a flavored coffee instead of a rich, caloric piece of cheesecake or pie. If you want a heavier dessert, just eat part of it or share it with a friend. Some other tips for dining out include: o Manage portions just as you would at home o Drink water before and during your meal o Skip the appetizers or order a small salad or raw vegetables instead o Request broiled, steamed, roasted, or baked foods when possible o Ask that your food not be sautéed in extra butter o Request butter, sour cream, sauces, gravies, salad dressings, and other  items 'on the side' and use them sparingly - just     enough to flavor foods o Avoid fried foods, but if you do indulge, manage portions! o Substitute a house salad for fries, or ask for fruit instead of dessert
Slide 2: o Don't munch on bread mindlessly, or at least limit consumption to one item, prior to the meal being served o Limit alcohol, which adds no nutritional value but quickly adds up in calories o Avoid anything that says 'mega,' 'jumbo-size,' or 'biggie-sized.' o Order from the lunch, children's, or senor-citizen's menu if the restaurant allows. Whether you're dining out or eating at home, take time to savor the flavors, textures, and the smell of food. Enjoy your food and give your brain time to tell your stomach that you are full. Don't eat until you are stuffed because then it is already too late to stop! When you begin to feel the sensation of fullness, slow down and put your fork down.
