There has been many books written on wellness and the wellness revolution that will be a trillion dollar industry, some say we have a wellness war occurring, but what does it mean in relation to you. Goals allow you to focus on the end result and they help you organize your time and resources so that you can make the most of your life. By setting goals you can get the happiness you deserve, you can achieve financial freedom, you increase your motivation to achieve, you improve self confidence and you can eliminate attitudes that hold you back from achieving. Research has shown that people who set goals and use them effectively suffer from far less stress and anxiety.
