A weekly backup is kept offsite at all times Currently we are looking into online backup systems for the data Pricing Structures • Prices are calculated based on the number transactions a minimum charge of €50 per month is charged for accounts to P & L stage this includes balancing of Banks. Based on the number of transactions the cost may increase to as much as €200 per month for larger businesses Payroll is costed at €35 per run for up to 5 employees This charge includes the preparation of P45’s & P30’s monthly. It also incorporates Year end submissions of P35 & preparation P60’s Processing at your office is charges at an hourly rate. • •
