To lose as much as 20 pounds in two weeks, it requires you to do plenty of cardio exercise. At least one hour of cardio for five days for the two week period is what it will take. It is not recommended to add a liquid diet to your weight loss plans if you are using massive cardio to lose those 20 pounds. A liquid diet will not provide you with enough energy to workout that intensely. With this weight loss plan, you'll want to reduce the amount of carbohydrates you eat. Substitute plenty of fresh vegetables and fruit. Eat recommended amounts of lean protein, as well. Make sure the fats you consume are nutritious ones like olive and canola oils. No matter which diet plan you choose, losing 20 pounds in two weeks is not going to be easy. Be prepared to work hard and sacrifice. Stay dedicated and you will see results.
