TREAT THE CAUSE OF ALLERGIES AND STOP CHASING THE SYMPTOMS

Allergies are fast becoming an epidemic. They are the result of the bodies’ inability to process allergens. When considering how much processed food we eat, and how many more toxins there are in the air that we breathe, it is little wonder why.
When you learn how to treat the cause of allergies, instead of chasing after the symptoms, you will soon put an end to them once and for all.
The body is fully capable of healing itself when it has what it needs to perform. Good liver function will produce natural antihistamine; and good adrenal gland function will produce cortisone; between these two you will be able to stop the allergy meds, get your head out of the fog, and start to live your life again without any side effects what so ever.

Slide 1: ==== ==== Learn how to treat the cause of allergies; and stop chasing the symptoms. Learn more at, http://www.amazon.com/Allergies-Result-Alternative-Medicineebook/dp/B006M61O3S/ref=ntt_at_ep_dpt_2 ==== ==== Several months ago, I got a frantic call from my friend in Washington, DC saying. "Help!, I'm so sorry to wake you, but Davey just ate a little piece of cashew and now his face is swollen and he's breaking out in a rash all over his body." Once I realized that her voice wasn't just part of some bad dream, I gave my first line of defense: "Give him Benadryl and call 911 immediately!" As an emergency medical paramedic, I recognized that my friend was having a potentially serious allergic reaction and that his symptoms could get worse-and very fast. Fortunately, by the time the paramedics arrived, the swelling had subsided and his hives had for the most part; resolved. Even though my friends diagnosis was easy to make, and responded well to the Benadryl, food allergies can be one of the most frustrating and complex allergy issues facing physicians, patients, and families these days. If you consider the unlimited number of foods and additives we consume today, the variable time between ingestion and allergic reaction, and the varied and often-subtle symptoms, it seems miraculous when an allergy-triggering food is actually identified at all. Food Allergies In Children: A Disturbing Trend Ask anyone who raised children 25 years ago if they ever heard of food allergies back then, and the likely answer will be no. Yet today, who doesn't know a child-if not several kids-who have severe food allergies? The American diet has been so diluted, and so processed, that the food we eat has little resemblance to what it originally started out as. Additives and preservatives certainly play their part, but more dangerous that this is how processors remove parts of food in order to get a longer shelf life. One of the biggest culprits in todays food diet is the removal of wheat germ. This is the oil/ protein part of grain, and contains all the nutrients our body needs every day. Wheat germ contains all the B vitamins and in the right amounts. Without these, hormones cannot regulate themselves properly, allergies can be triggered much easier, and emotions can fluctuate without any notice. Because the B vitamins are water soluble, they need to be eaten every day as they are not stored in the body. Wheat germ also contains a variety of tocopherols; the natural form of vitamin E. Vitamin E plays such a large role in the body, it is far beyond the scope of this article. It affects the heart, muscles, allergies, and muscle control, and is found in the very structural make up of every cell in our body. Alarming Spread of Allergies
Slide 2: Pediatricians and allergists are observing first-hand that food allergies in infants and children have increased to epidemic proportions over the last few decades. Studies have shown that in the under-18 age group, the prevalence of reported food allergies increased 18% between 1997 and 2007. Approximately 4% of Americans are estimated to have food allergies. That's more than 12 million individuals. The prevalence of food allergies is even higher-6% to 8%-in infants and young children under three years old. Any type of food can be an allergic trigger, yet the "Big 8" account for more than 90% of all cases: milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish, soy, and wheat. Sesame is quickly becoming another common cause of allergies, especially in those with Mediterranean diets. The good news is that the incidence of documented food allergies decreases with age, often due to the development of tolerance in children allergic to milk, wheat, soy, and eggs. Plus, as children get older, they tend to eat a more varied diet. This will ultimately bring them the nutrition they need to combat allergens. Of the 2.5% of children allergic to milk, approximately 80% will "outgrow" their allergy by age five. Kids with peanut or tree nut allergies aren't as lucky: Recent studies have shown that only about 10% to 20% of children will lose their allergy as they age. When the body has sufficient nutrition, it will improve the health of the liver and adrenal glands. The liver is the organ that produces antihistamines, and when this is healthy, the human body will produce enough antihistamine to address almost any allergy no matter its source. Store bough antihistamines will suppress the livers ability to do this, and eventually make that person completely dependent on them, so natural treatments are always better than the OTC drugs. The adrenal glands are responsible for producing cortisone in the body, and when these are healthy, they will also produce natural cortisone to reduce swelling and inflammation anywhere in the body. Whether it is from allergies, injury, or even arthritic pain, naturally produced cortisone is the best form of relief, and remission. The adrenal glands can quickly become reduced whenever they are under stress. Lack of sleep, poor diet, just about any stress will take its toll on the adrenal glands. The body is amazingly self-correcting, and when given the right diet, it can process almost any allergen, from any source. Although, until the body is ready to do all this on its own, make sure you carry your puffer around in case of just such an emergency. ==== ==== Learn how to treat the cause of allergies; and stop chasing the symptoms.
