Men have been told for years that too much emotion is a sign of weakness. In turn this makes dealing with divorce for men even harder. If you keep the feelings bottled up inside of you, you will only find yourself dealing with divorce as well as resentment, anger, and all around unhappiness. Bottling up your emotions will cause you to be resentful. This will keep you in the past and not moving forward. You will carry this baggage with you to new relationships which will suffer because of this. You may find that you will drive off the new women in your life because you have failed to deal with your divorce properly. You can not resent all women because of what one woman did to you. Men dealing with divorce should not hold what one women did to you against all other women. Men dealing with divorce tend to get angry with themselves and their ex wife and then keep their feelings to themselves. Being angry all the time will not get you anywhere. You will only make everybody around you unhappy with the way you are acting. If the anger lasts for a long period of time you will only wear out your welcome with your friends and family. If the anger gets too bad you will scare or hurt the next women in your life and they will leave you. Men dealing with divorce need to learn to do just that "deal with divorce". You will be unhappy for a period of time. It is expected. You have lost someone in your life that you cared deeply about. You will should move through all the stages of heartbreak and let the emotions go so that you will feel better. Times have changed so the first thing that you need to see is that your emotions while dealing with divorce for men is not a sign of weakness but a sign of sadness. You have to let your emotions go or you will not be able to deal with your divorce and move on. Dealing with divorce for men is hard but you can overcome it.
