Workshop ONE: Visualizing and Developing a Strategy for Business Transformation Weekend: 13‐14 November, 2009 ‐ Dubai, UAE
Business transformation is about more than the latest ERP system. It's about making significant changes in the four foundational areas of any organization ‐‐ Strategy, Infrastructure, Processes and People. Strategic change in these four areas enables the organization to go beyond its current vision to create a new value proposition. Workshop Description: In this two‐day workshop, participants examine their organization’s readiness for business transformation. Using proven assessment models, the goal is to understand the current state of the business, visualize the desired future state, and measure the gaps in the desired future state and measure the gaps in between. Whether it's a lack of resources to bring the strategy to fruition, poor communication about the strategic vision, or misaligned priorities, the bottom line is that few companies know how to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.
