I would say that curation is becoming so popular that even prolific creators are going to end up mixing their created content with a mix of curated sources. The reason for this is that creators, distributors and curators are all dependent on each other now and all are essential part of the wheel that is to do with circulation of content. Content curation is here to stay because advertisers are not looking for trusted people to advertise as there is no mass to scale with an individual but rather they would want to be associated with a trusted "place" or an event. What tools to use for Content Curation I have been experimenting with a number of tools but the best I have had joy with are the free online services including Storify, Bundlr and Scoop.it. From my personal experience you will have to learn the art of content curation: You will not become a great content curator overnight as with everything it is something you will have to mature into. But having said that you will need to start somewhere. To get you started though here are some easy tips to get going. Tip number 1 - Set-up Google Alerts on certain keywords (pick a niche). Tip number 2 - Set up a Google RSS Reader & start monitoring relevant blogs & news sites of interest

Tip number 4 - when people you know query about a certain topic respond with an authoritative and timely message Final step: Take all of the trust you build to an online service as the one's mentioned above but remember to stick to a niche and stay true to your word.
