It is VERY hard to avoid them completely, but what you can do, is start exchanging them bit by bit to healthier foods every day. Just instead of a cake, have a large bowl of vegetables. An omelet instead of a pizza. It is easier that it seems. Just do it. Change one meal a day, and you will be eating healthy in a week or so. Not so hard, huh?
