And to make it easy for you, I am going to keep it short. Before we start I want you warn you against using any kind of fat burners or metabolism boosters. In plain simple english, THEY SUCK. How to lose belly fat Fast? 1. Workouts - Of course workouts are going to be a HUGE part. But if you think doing hundreds of sit ups is going to trim down your mid section, you are in for a surprise. The best workouts that you can use here are based on High Intensity training. In fact cardio exercises like stationary bike or treadmill or jogging won't here. You are far better off with using HIIT (high intensity interval training) than your typical cardio. You should spend at least 5 days a week working out. And try to spend 30 minutes per workout. I am not suggesting that these setting are the best. They are efficient. Depending on the kind of trainer you work with you can always change. (I personally use very different workout system when I am working out or with my clients as I can see in front of my eyes changes happening). Remember ONLY HIIT. 2. Diet and Nutrition: No matter what you do, you have to change your diet and nutrition plan. There's no other way about it. Changing your diet (coupled with workouts) immediately will start dropping fat off your body. You'll be surprised even if you make very simple food changes like removing the junk from your diet. Eating more healthier food. If you believe you can eat anything and burn it in workout. You are so wrong. It worked when you might have been teenager, but as you grow old, your metabolism starts to drop slowly (if not properly maintained). You should at least clean your diet and then add more healthier options along with fruits and veggies. So your plan should be HIIT 5 days per week and improving your diet. The idea is very simple but the results are going to be powerful.
