Slide 4: Numbers        Interested students: 105 Deposits and ITA forms: 81 Student spaces: 38 What we’re going to run: 76 students and 8 chaperones A roster of 76 plus 5 alternates will be chosen by the end of May. The exact trip price is still not set. We’re aiming for $3,000. There will be an EF fee and an SJA fee. The first trip payment will be due in September.
Slide 5: Financial Aid  A minimum of $12,000 will be available.  Supplemental financial aid will be available  The financial aid application is online at through our (aggressive) fundraising efforts. MrSeamon.com  Financial aid will be finalized by early September  No more than $1,000 will be given out per student
Slide 6: Fundraising  I want to raise at least $6,000  I want NEW ways to raise money  Fundraising Committee  Break up into groups of 4-5 and spend 10 minutes brainstorming on ways for us to raise funds. Things to keep in mind:    We have a small ARMY I want a wide spectrum of methods Improve on current/old methods
Slide 7: Service Work  Nothing new on this front  More will be known once I have the EF tour specifics in hand  Still aiming for:  Fair Trade Coffee  Manual Labor  Schools/Home Stays  Photo/Video Journalism
Slide 8: Group Presentations  Small groups will be presenting on each region  Presentation topics will be posted by the end of May  We will meet once a month starting in September  Presentation group signups will be done online

Slide 10: Montreal  In September there will be a mandatory weekend-long trip to Montreal.  “Demo” international trip  Preliminarily set for 9/12-14  We’ll be:  Eating together  Seeing the sights  Completing a scavenger hunt
Slide 11: Headshots  All trip participants must know the names of all other trip participants  All headshots will be posted to a password- protected album in the MrSeamon.com photo gallery  You WILL be tested (seriously)
