Slide 1: Voicemail Service Hair Salon/Tanning Salon Adding More Stylists Challenge: A woman who runs a Hair Salon/Tanning Salon called and said she was adding more stylists. She had always been a onewoman show before, and she wanted to be able to give her new people their own personal mailboxes so that they could receive calls from established clients. She wanted to be fair, because they stylists were bringing their current clientele with them, but she didn’t want the expense of adding more lines to her shop. Solution: AccessDirect set the Salon Owner up with Busy/No Answer voicemail. If they can’t answer the phone after four or five rings, or if they are on the phone, the AccessDirect Auto Attendant picks up the call and gives the customers options to choose which stylist they want to leave a message for. The stylist would then be immediately notified via wav.file on their Smart Phones so they would know to call the client who wanted to making tanning back. A mailbox for people appointments was also set up. Results: The Salon is doing great. The stylists find the system very fair and love that they are immediately notified when one of their clients calls. They continue their long term relationships with their clients easily and effectively, as they can call them back and schedule appointments when they are in or out of the office with their instant notifications on the Smart Phones.
