If Halloween came and went and the costume your child wanted with all his or her heart was sold out at your local costume shop or department store, DON’T WORRY… there are still plenty of opportunities to satisfy your children’s’ desires with their favorite character costumes! How so? Well…have you considered the fact children LOVE to receive costumes as Christmas [or other holiday] gifts? It’s true! Think back when you were a child and how much you loved to dress up as your favorite Disney or other cartoon or movie character. Chances are, your mom and dad probably had to get you to take your favorite superhero or cartoon character costume off before going to bed, just to get a chance to put it in the laundry! Kids of today really aren’t any different. And that’s a great thing. A child’s imagination is one of the most wonderful, pure, and simple joys of life. And whenever we, as parents, aunts, uncles, etc, can spark those imaginations, marvelous things can happen in the lives of the children we love. When we encourage and inspire the minds of our children, they gain confidence in themselves and are better able to reach their fullest potential. So why wait around until next year to surprise the most special children in your lives by giving those sweet boys and girls the chance to “play make believe” dressed as their favorite characters, in a children’s costume that looks like they were borrowed from those characters’ closets? Imagine the expressions of absolute euphoria that will most certainly come over their innocent faces as they open a “surprise” gift, never expecting their favorite costume they’ve always wanted! Shopping for gifts during the holidays is often difficult. So much of the time, you’re stumped on what to buy. Why not avoid mall crowds and order your child’s costume online? Halloween clearance racks have dwindled to nothing. But there are fantastic selections available right now…if you just know where to look.
