(JTH) is a Singapore-based company. The principal activities of the Company are those relating to investment holding. The Company is a producer of anatas grade titanium dioxide and the only titanium dioxide manufacturer in Northeast People’s Republic of China. Titanium Dioxide (Anatas Grade) (TiO2) Anatas is one of the three mineral forms of titanium dioxide, the other two being brookite and rutile. It is always found as small, isolated and sharply developed crystals, and like rutile, a more commonly occurring modification of titanium dioxide, it crystallizes in the tetragonal system. It has two segments: Trading and Corporate Holdings. Trading involved in the trading, marketing and distribution of titanium dioxide related products. Corporate includes corporate office, which incurs general corporate expenses and inactive Group entities. As of September 30, 2010, the Company owned an approximately 20% economic interest in Daqing XinLong Chemical Company Ltd, a titanium dioxide manufacturer in Heilongjiang, People’s Republic of China. It is also involved in the trading of titanium dioxide. Jade Marketing & Distribution Pte. Ltd. is the subsidiary of the Company.
