We've all heard of people making money online writing eBooks. How are authors who write electronic-books doing it, and are their money making methods legitimate; will they work for you? Well, this is an interesting question indeed. There was a gentleman that wrote 35 eBooks on various subjects and then he allowed other people to sell them and keep a good percentage of the profits, he also allowed others to put their names on those books (something I question) and use them for free-content downloads on their site for their customers; "Free Credit Tips" eBook download here. He sold the eBooks to those who wanted to give them away by modifying the titles, content remained the same. Then he made various versions of the eBook e-sizes, one he'd call a report, another an eBook, another a comprehensive eBook. (15, 40, 115 pages). He then made pages on his website where his customers had their names on the book. He was from India and hired Indian writers to help him complete the books. It is an interesting concept. I never liked it because, someone is claiming to have written a book that someone else wrote, thus deceptive, but that's what he did. So maybe a variation along that scheme. When someone clicked to pay for a book, it went to his website, which was generic, and they only saw the "one free book or report page" on a secured server that was referred from the other guys site. The other guy got half the money, and he kept the rest? Well, that is how one person was making money online selling eBooks, perhaps this might give you some thoughts on this topic?
