Samsung NX11 Preview

Samsung has unveiled the new NX11 in CES2011 in Las Vegas in January. The NX11 has been designed based on the NX10, and supports 14.6M pixels APS-C image sensor, ISO 3200, 720P movie recording, and 30~1/4000s shutter speed which are almost the same as the NX10. Due to these features, people can easily think there's no difference, but taking a closer look, there are some differences from the NX10 such as i-Function lens functions, panorama, and sound capture mode.

The 1st NX200 Launching Show in Seoul

"On September 29, 2011 at 11AM (KST), the first NX200 launch show was held at Samsung D’light in Seoul.

The SH100 and NX 20-50mm Lens Wins Awards from EISA

Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd has won two awards from EISA (European Imaging and Sound Association) in the categories of “European Social Media Camera 2011-2012” (for the SH100) and “European Compact System Lens 2011-2012” (for the NX 20-50mm F3.5-5.6 ED i-Function lens).

EISA said that the Samsung SH100 is a, “very small 14.2MP compact camera that makes it really easy to share your pictures and videos.”

EISA stated that, “the lens collapses when not in use to make itself really compact, but expands to become a highly efficient optic capable of very high resolution."
