Super Girls on New Year's Calendar |
|
Twelve Super Girls, who shot to fame during last year's nationwide Super Girl competition, posed for a calendar made by EE Media for the New Year.
Shang Wenjie, the winner of the 2006 Super Girl competition, dressed in a costume imitating famous Chinese woman warrior Mu Guiying. Though her agreement dispute with EE Media is still unsolved, the picture was put on the first page of the calendar.
Third-place winner Liu Liyang posed as Jia Baoyu, hero of the classical Chinese novel "Dream of the Red Mansions." And Ai Mengmeng played China's celebrated beauty Yang Yuhuan.
Staff from EE Media reveals the pictures were shot last year when final competition was held. The limited edition of only 100-odd copies won't be put on the market.
